Default OT: Everything showing as read?

Why are all of the posts showing as read? I know people are making posts, but even when I go to a forum I've never read before every post shows as read.

Seems like the cookie gets wiped out or something. At first I thought maybe they just cleaned house once a day, but now I noticed it happens certain times when I kill my browser or launch a new browser. My recommendation would be to only launch new browser windows using Ctrl-N, *not* by relaunching IE. Relaunching IE seems to spawn a whole new process, as opposed to a new thread in the same process (programming term) which I think gets 2p2 confused.

I will try this and let you know if it solves the problem. Not sure about Firefox behavior.

I use Firefox, noob. Anyway, some dude in OOT was complaining about it too, it may be related to the forum "up"grade.

If you go to 'My Home' and then 'Cookies' next to Maintenance and expire cookies from there it should fix your problem.

No such luck. Thanks for the suggestion, though.
