It doesn't really matter what you bet. Even open-shoving is fine here cause it's not like these clowns will fold any J.

In order of occurance: 1)Either everyone will fold or 2)you''ll stack somebody, don't check it everyone will check-check-check.
OR at a distant 3)someone flopped a set and you'll go broke and at an even more distant 4)someone will call and hit their 3rd J on the turn or river.

Still want to go broke here? CO is leaving himself with $3.20 here. MP3 is like an 85/0 player and the cutoff is around 30/5. So obv. not worried about MP3 but c/o is worrisome.

I hate hands like this and I'd feel sick, but fold. There are tons of hands in here that you're not beating and even though the pot odds are sick, you could already be drawing dead.
