I like the river fold. He is almost never betting half pot expecting you to fold after you c/r'd the turn.

I'm wondering about out how much value you're missing by not betting the river - you really only lose value to Ax, but I think his range is heavily weighted towards a boat/combo draw, both of which don't give you any value if you bet. You also stand to be bluff-pushed over your bet by a missed draw.

As played though (given that you checked), I like the fold.

I think you've been priced in on the river. Does this guy think you'd CR bluff this river (I find his bet sizing is a little strange)? Same question for turn (goes to how light he'd call you). AXh definitely seems possible for a hand we beat.

but is there any good reason just to call the turn on this drawheavy board? i see no advantages vs. just pushing it in at the turn

All better hands call, all worse hands fold.

you guys realize he is not folding hearts/diamonds getting 3-1 on the turn? If he bets full pot we need to be good 33% of the time if he half pots we need to be good only 25%. Obv. half pot is worse for us since people bluff less when betting half pot. But in a huge pot 400 is 2/3 of a buyin so it represents a sizable bet. He has a ton of flush draws in his range so I don't see how you can fold given the price baring good reads.

Overbet donk turn to at least $225, possibly $250.

River fold is fine, he has to be very savvy to turn KQ into a bluff here.

I'd probably call the river since I'm stubborn, but folding is likely correct and I basically agree with everything big jim said.
