Default Samsung 204B. Digital. Analog. Digital. Analog. Digital. Analog.

Does anyone have this seemingly random problem? For some reason, when my computer restarts, sometimes my Samsung doesn't work (my secondary monitor, a 19" Dell always works and never does this). A little grey box comes up on the top left of the screen and it flashes Digital, Analog, Digial, Analog constantly and the rest of the screen is black. It's annoying and I have to restart the computer again. It usually works then but not always.

Is there a simple fix to this or is it a flaw?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Ryan

Odd, doesn't seem like a driver problem if restarting will make it work. Most likely a loose cable or something.

Alternatively, check the windows display settings to make sure that the 2nd monitor is being extended to, driver installed etc.

That means its searching for a signal. Check for loose wires, make sure you'd don't have power saving features that kill the signal when not in use.

Known fault. I got mine replaced and it works perfectly.
