Seems like a pretty messed-up way for him to play AQ, nice raise.

Not raising is about the same EV as burning money. He is about as likely to slowplay sets as AQ, and he cant fold any made hand by now

I think it's impossible for him to have AQ here. Limp/call from the SB with AQ? I've seen some morons try to trap with it like its Aces and limp/reraise with it but not limp call. He can't really have a set for the same reason (unless it's 4's lol, but i think that folds the flop)

You might think yeah I can't get a call from any hand unless it beats me in this spot but from someone you read as fishy you definately can.
