Hiro should consider folding preflop and crai the flop. As played i doubt you get much value from overcards or lower boats if villain is decent.

hmm, what range of hands do you put him on? what hands does he 3bet preflop but check the turn when it is a great card to extract value from lower pairs?

i doubt he has a higher pair based on his turn check and your read that he is very aggressive.

if you bet the river, he shoves higher pairs and folds any hand you beat. i doubt he calls with an underpair.

if you check the river, he'll prob bet higher pairs and overcards like AK/AQ considering your hand looks very weak.

check the river.

also, consider folding preflop and check/raising allin on the flop. your play looks very spewy.

No bet, just check and hopefully induce a bluff from AK/AQ type hand.

Fold if its a big bet

Fold preflop. It's OK to call a 3bet with this hand as long as you have position, although I'd still fold unless the 3-bet was slightly smaller.
