Default 3/6 kinda deepstacked QJs PF

folded to hero on the button who open raises QJs. 3-bet by a multitabling LAG who's play hero is not familiar with (no stats). effective stacks ~$750 at the start of the hand. villain has been pushing hero around for the last 45 minutes over multiple tables by 3-betting and even 4-betting PF and taking down tons of pots without showdown, as hero has not really had any cards.

How easy/hard is this call/fold?

I think QJs is a good hand to take a stand with, in position, against a light 3 better. Call and be willing to shove a decently wide range of flops.
