Default Marquise Hill dead

I just had CNN on. They said New England Patriots DL Marquise Hill's body was found in Louisiana after some type of water sports accident.

He had reportedly fallen off a jet ski with a woman, neither was wearing a life jacket. The woman was found alive I believe, this is the first I've heard of him being confirmed dead.

""They spotted him and then lost sight of him while trying to position the boat."

That must just be a sick feeling for everyone involved.

This is not intended in any way to be towards the OP, because I appreciate threads like these, but what sort of ghoulish person rushes to Wiki? I mean his body was only found less than two hours ago and his Wiki already has the details of his death.

I wonder where his jet ski ended up - did it just go skidding so far away that he couldn't swim to it?

The current was supposedly really strong. Even though he was an athlete and could swim, its really tough to fight that type of current.

why do reporters report it right away?
i dont see much difference. and, the person that updated wiki probably couldnt care less about marquise hill, so why not update it and make it accurate?
why was it posted here so quickly?
is the op more messed up than the wiki guy? less messed up? same messed up?

When someone posts it here its because they want to inform people that care about Sports, the Patriots, and Patriots players.

DO you think many people stumble upon the wiki of Marquise Hill to learn he died?

Obviously i can't get in the head of the OP, but I imagine he thought "wow thats messed up. I wonder if people on 2+2 have heard since I know tons are pats fans."

Whereas someone changing wiki thought "someone died! OMG maybe i can be the one to update his wiki! better rush off to leave my mark on the interwebs!"

That's pretty subjective of you.

Wiki is the 6th hit when you type in Marquise Hill, not this forum, so you could say that whoever updated wiki just wanted to inform even more Patriot fans than are on 2p2.
