Bet/fold or check/call turn. Don't check/fold. Your hand is likely good and the check may have induced a bluff.

the prob is
he smoothcalls preflop
and calls on a very undrawheavy flop with 1 still to come, pretty weird :/

He's a LAG. He could have a gutshot, a pocket pair, or a pair with any one of the three cards on the flop.

This flop is pretty draw heavy and he likely has a straight or combo draw often.

I'd consider that a TAG. Is he a regular?

I'd put him on a PP from 77-TT since he called the flop or suited connectors that made a combo draw.
