From a 10/20 LHE standpoint, I have had swings of approximately 85 BB in the negative direction within one session. This has happened about 3 times to me. My sessions tend to last up to 14-16 hours. I have never lost that much at one sitting but I imagine I could. So I take about 100 BB's with me for that game. I buy in for 25 BB's. I would never play with less than 10 BB's in front of me.

However, at higher limits I imagine the volatility goes up. I would want to make sure I was a winning player at those limits before I would risk 90 BB's or more in one session. though...
