Ya. No reason to raise that many hands in the SB against an aggro BB who will 3-bet you a lot.

I also agree with secretprankster about villain c-betting the turn a lot. I would c/c flop and look for a SD if turn and river bricks of. There is a lot of Kx and Qx hands in villains range and untill I know what he does with those UI I am calling down on low boards.
