Definitely raise preflop here. As played, i think you can pretty safely fold to his turn checkraise in that small pot.

I fold to the turn raise. The turn is a brick so its not like he picked up a draw or something. I think if you want to call the raise you should consider checking behind. Not that many draws out there and the pot is small
