Call a local agent at the place you want to stay and they will find you a place. There are places available for weekly rentals all over in FL, definitely daytona etc. But you might have to book early and pay more for spring break time, if it's a SB hot spot like daytona.

A trip that me and lots of my friends have done is the bahamas cruise that is great for underage people. You cruise to Port Lucaya in the Bahamas from Florida, spend a number of nights there, and cruise back. The scene is like an MTV spring break and the drinking age is 18. Actually I met some people from the Real World when I was there b/c MTV was there. Anyway, I had a blast and it was cheap, and EXTREMELY easy to book. Good luck.
