Default NLCASH, rivered straight

ok, so I took a break for a while and donked around at some low HU cash, ran into this spot here, help would be greatly appreciated:

sigh... is this an easy raise instead of call? this guy has been very tight so far, and the 3bet / ck is very suspicious to me, does spades not consist of enough of his range for me to hammer the river?

You have the practical nuts here in my mind, raise and stack off if he pushes. Id raise to 29-33 here.

What are you raising to that you have space to fold to a 3bet?

primo,

you said he's tight right? So why does he all of a sudden bet turn when he didnt bet flop? I wouldnt put him on a flush draw because there's no way he bets turn with that draw when he didnt bet flop.

Raise. He has a lower str8. Also LOLZ at the guy talking about folding to a shove.

he obv had A3, and i knew he had that or maybe like a flopped set trying to trap (doubtful due to his 3bet range), and I knewwwwwwwwww the flush was such a small part of his range I have to LOVE getting it in here, I just didnt put my analysis and actions together in enough time, if I took another 10 seconds before I acted I had a rr there instantly, but yea, A3 was the result
