Anybody got sites up yet? I've got Drupal installed. Headed home now to start working on layout/modules/themes etc.

Already got a couple articles drafted but need to post them.

I've got one up at www.twentiesretirement.com but I'm thinking of redoing it to use blog software rather than NetFusion.

I've got drupal installed but haven't gone past that point. I'm kind of tied up during the day for the next 2 weeks but I should be able to get my layout set up tonight and start working on content.

Max, it might be a good idea to type up a quick document that will outline all of the project steps from start to finish so we can set some milestones and timelines.

My site definately needs some work, but at least I've got something up. www.initialstockoffering.com All I'm going to do is add IPOs with a yahoo finance badge. I'll also add a FAQ on IPOs. I applied to google adsense, is that what we're supposed to do next?

I just registered wu-tangfinancial.com at GoDaddy.com. I am a total noob with web design, and I couldn't decipher the differences between different hosting services. I picked GoDaddy after reading this link . Compared to other sites, it seemed like a good value, but idk, there are probably better hosting services.

I'm going to try and set-up Drupal later tonight. My niche will be for people who like the Wu-tang and are interested in finances. It obviously comes from the Chapelle Show Skit. Hopefully, the site will be humorous but have interesting financial advice. I'd like to form the articles as if the Wu-tang members wrote them, such as an article about bonds written by GZA and an article about collecting welfare written by ODB.

I'm lost with setting up Drupal. I downloaded it then extracted it. I then went onto my web hosting account and used the ftp client to upload Drupal. I watched the video listed here and it seemed like he moved a whole bunch of files when doing this. I only have drupal-4.7.4. It's 1.82 MB and a TAR file. So I uploaded that, and then went to create a MySQL database. I get this error message when setting up a MySQL database: "There was a problem performing the MySQL database Creation on your account.
User name, "drupal" has already been taken. Please specify a different user name."

I tried other names but I still get an error message. I'm doing something wrong, but idk what. Help please.
