Re: Yahtzee
Yahtzee isn't as easy as most people assume. I used to play for money almost every day and playing against a six year old wouldn't be a challenge. The only time you could lose is when you'd have to take 0's on Yahtzee and Large straight in the same game.

If I roll say, four 5s early, I definitely don't take them in my four of a kind like I see most people do. You take them in your fives and that alone covers your 1s and one of your 2s. That gives you extra rolls that in the long run get you your extra yahtzees or large straights which are the difference makers. If I end up with 3s for my four of a kind, so be it. I will be ordering this book in the next 10 minutes. Playing multiple games at a time is standard right? |
