NL 100: 10 10 in 3-bet pot.
Villain is 19.4/10.5/3.2/450 hands. I just sat down but caught that he was complaining about no action on his big hands just before this was dealt.
Is this always a fold pre-flop against an unkown? If I call this flop bet I am probably committed so what is my action? I'd fold both streets.

yeah fold preflop, you are OOP. You got the flop you where hoping for but you still can't call. That tells you you should fold preflop.

Re: NL 100: 10 10 in 3-bet pot.
Personally, I don't mind the call preflop.
I would 100% lead the flop here, and fold to a raise. |

Re: NL 100: 10 10 in 3-bet pot.
10% pfr means even more reason to fold pre.
