Default Call/Shove an odd River raise

i really dont have too much information about the raiser but baciscally i turn a low boat with 46 out of the blind and decide to fire out on the turn that has a flush draw/straight now with a small pot bet...the river is the ace of clubs putting the flush on the board and possibly giving someone calling me down with ace high what they think might be the winning hand...so i make a strong lead out bet of 30 hoping someone made a flush/top pair to call me...the first guy calls 30 and the second guy raises me to 100. I really thought about raising this bet considering i was playing on cake poker but since i was 8 tabling i did not have any reads on the opponent. I know there are alot players on cake bad enough to raise here with a 6,flush, or maybe even some type of bluff. Obviously, he can also have the bigger boat a good amount of the time so i decided to just call...wondering if this was the wrong or right move given the action and site.

Ugh.

Bet flop. Slowplaying flopped trips with garbage hands in the blinds: at best, you build no pot and win; at worst, you allow your opponents to get ahead.

River is a push and double fist pump all day. You are behind exactly AA, TT, T6, and A6. Given the preflop limp UTG, these hands are a minute fraction of his range.
