Thanks Christian - how are things with you? - yea, I'm getting about 1.78 BB/hour out of that game so far this year (hundred hours or so), *despite* my occasional donkey spewing - lol Commerce.

Hey Andy, I have been going up and down. Not quite 1/BB an hour but im still up. I have only played about 70 hours this year though. I tried the 20-40 the other day, made some good money and left. Seemed to have better/thinking opponents.

Only draw back is finidng parking as it is terrible on busy nights and weekends.

Understatement of the century.

I take one spin around the lot and if I can't find a place I simply valet it. I'm as cheap a nit as they come and still do it. Two dollar fee to park it, tip the guy a couple bucks when he brings it back. It's still less than a big bet and I play a lofty 3/6. You 8/16 ballas should be able to afford it quite easily.

The 3/6 limit game is quite soft, as might be expected. In general the players are polite and the floor people work hard to keep the atmosphere good. They don't put up with shenanigans.

I'm way too nitty for valet. I'm always there until like 6am anyway, and it seems dumb to pay someone to bring me my car keys at 2am, not to mention all the money I already spend tipping dealers/chip runner/floor/food. I'd rather drive around the lot for 30 minutes like a retard. On Saturday it's not too bad. Friday is a living hell though. I've only played once on Thursday/Sunday and it was no problem at all.

However I'm a pretty dumb/obstinate guy. I've been playing there like 6 or 7 weeks now and I still haven't gotten around to getting the number so I can call in to get on the board.

Nice place to play cards. Only a $5 rake per pot. Regardless. $15 pot? $5 rake.

Unplayable.

Damn thats a pretty long session. Its hard to leave when youre even/down. Sometimes you just get tired of it though.

When you say BB/hr is that Big blinds or Big Bets?

The rake isn't a problem if you aren't in a play money game.
