AP and poker tracker statistic
I find that my affilate statistic on mgr is far less than shown that in my poker tracker for absolute poker.
Anyone has the same result , does it mean that AP calculate rake diffrently from mgr ? Or my affilate is not that trustworthy? |

Re: AP and poker tracker statistic
I think PT calculates rake based on dealt hands. AP rakeback is based on contributed. When I play on FullTilt, which is dealt hands, my MGR is always near idendtical.

Re: AP and poker tracker statistic
Poker Tracker assumes that the 'dealt' method is used for calculating your total rake. With the 'dealt' method, as long as you are dealt in the hand, regardless of whether you contribute money to the pot, you will receive a percentage of the rake from that hand.
Absolute Poker calculates rakeback using the 'contributed' method. This means that you must contribute to the pot, not just be dealt in, to receive a percentage of the rake. Because of the differences in the method used for how Poker Tracker calculates your rakeback and how Absolute actually calculates your rakeback, you Poker Tracker stats will usually show that you have accumulated more rakeback than you acutally have at Absolute. I hope this helps. Rake Tracker |

Re: AP and poker tracker statistic
Also U.S. players receive roughly 5% less rakeback then the advertised rate because AP deducts processing fees whether you deposit or not unless this changed as was rumored a while back. I don't think it did.

Re: AP and poker tracker statistic
Also, Absolute's BBJ is conflated with the rake in pokertracker as far as I can tell

Re: AP and poker tracker statistic
Yea I'm looking for this same thing. If PT is adding the bad beat jackpot to the rake statistic, things make a little more sense.
