I don't see how they could keep it 18+ if able to serve alcohol. There will be too many problems for them serving to minors. Unless they do like the Montreal casino does, and only allow drinking in the bar areas, and not on any gaming floor.

Wristbands?

I dunno, there are several solutions to this. Many bowling alley's serve alcohol and are not 21+. Also, my local cardroom/casino (18+) serves alcohol at the tables, and just requests ID when necessary.

smitty matt in florida the casinos are 18+ and serve alcohol. And it's fine they just have to use the servers to id when people order alc instead of just handing it out as in vegas.
