Foxwoods Tournament Cards

I was playing a tournament at FARGO 3 weeks ago when I noticed an inordinate number of nail marks on the cards. I usually find them when I play an occasional MTT and ask them to change out the card. But this time, they were on at least 1/4 of the cards.

There seemed to be no pattern that I could find, although I am not an expert in card marking. But no one could deny that they were there. Does anyone else notice this? Do you think it was cheating or just nervous people squeezing the cards?
