Easy fold. You've only got .35 invested in this pot. I generally won't call a large overbet unless I don't think there is any value in reraising. You don't have a hand you can raise for value and you can only beat a bluff. How often do you think he's bluffing with such an out of line bet? Wait for a better spot to get your money in against this guy. You don't want to give him a nice win and leave with one pot, this guy has donk stamped on his forehead IMO.

Fold. Typical donky play.

Or: he's obviously not affraid of a flush. Why? Because he's got one.

[/ QUOTE ]

Actually more like because hero never bet it. Also, if he (villain) had a flush, it isn't with 100% certainty that he has the best flush.

Yep. Second time I fall, also. First with top pair (very stupid), now with a straight ...

Thanks,

dardo.

fold. Unless you are confident that you will win +50% of the time, then call.

the pot is 0.75 cents. There is absolutely no need to call this hugely oversized bet without the nuts (or anything close for that matter).

It does scream fish, I agree. But after seeing several of those, and calling several bets like those, Im beginning to think, "Is he really trying to move me off this $0.75 pot, or is he value betting (in an odd way) some legitemate hand?"

Have seen alot of big overbets at the river.
They are almost always a big hand that wants to be called.

One very dangerous board is something like:
JJ4 A J and he overbets several times the pot on the river.
That one is usually the last jack.
