Default 100NL Preflop Strategy with Alternate Blind Structures

Hi everyone,
I started playing a local casino in my area and they have an interesting blind structure for their 100NL game. The BB, SB, and button all have a $2 blind and it is $4 to bring in it.

As a direct effect of the blind structure many pots include multiple limpers with 5-7 players seeing the flop. In unraised pots it feels like I should complete the $4 with almost any hand, especially due to the number of LAPs.

I was wondering how I should adjust my preflop strategy in the BB, SB, and OTB with the noted conditions above.

(This is my first post so please be easy on me.)
