i woke up sick yesterday, gf is across the country with her family, worked a full way, and had some stupid drunk ho hit me on my way home from work. spent my time dealing with the police until getting home, not wanting to drive anywhere. 12 oclock found me laying in bed waiting for the year to be over. definitely my worst new years on record.

As we were moving from one party to another last night, we heard that a group of TEN people were on their way up to our first party when the elevator stuck. This is a normal/small sized elevator; I'm surprised they tried to fit that many people in there to begin with. They were between the 2nd and 3rd floors.

We said our goodbyes for 20 minutes and they still hadn't gotten out. We did see a firetruck pull-up on our way out of the parking lot, so at least they weren't there for too much after that.

Worst NYE ever. The party we were supposed to go to got cancelled (host decided to go skiing, wtf you prick), so we tried to go to this other event some friends were at, but the lineup was ridiculous and we couldn't get in. So around 10:30 we bailed from there to try to find something fun to do. Wound up in a lame bar and not having fun, where my GF and I proceded to get in a fight. Went to bed around 12:00 not talking to each other. F*ck new years.

ps. I have a seperated shoulder & can't do anything physical, no job, and am running out of bankroll, so this is shaping up to be the worst year of my life. Sweet.

I played bridge and had a potluck till about 11:30pm. I was the youngest person there by 20 years. I rode my bike home and got back around 11:45. Played World of Warcraft till 2:30, then went to bed. I live in Las Vegas.
