Is it 1)that religious/christians are inherently more fishy than any other demographic of newcomers? or 2) that it sheds a positive light that may soften the polical influence that opposes poker?

this board can be the oddest place sometimes. tons of people will, without hesitation, generously send money to a kid's charity to get barryg1 to say, "lol donkaments" on tv and then turn around and feel spite towards a lucky guy donating 800k to kids charities. seems so strange to me...

This is good for the game. Why wouldn't we want people to think a guy like this can become world champ?
He's probably not an every-man Chris Moneymaker but I think he will be a fine ambassador.
