Grits They're a christian rap group, which i usually think is contrite and self-limiting as far as art goes, but their songs are quite good and well produced (eg. good beats)
With Mos Def, Talib and The Roots and Common you're gonna have to be careful of the songs you pick. I Don't think Ms. Fat Booty is what you're looking for. I'll also echo the Blackaliscious sentiments. "Make You Feel That Way" is probably perfect for your intentions. |
