I Need to buy a watch

I'm just a SSNL guy so budget is sub-$1,000.

I want a metal band, but that's about the only thing I'm sure of. Any recommendations b/c I know sh*t about watches other than the Timex Ironman I have.

I have been wearing a Citizens Eco-Drive for the last 3 years. It's probably not balla enough for you, but I am happy with it.

I just saw an ad in Business Week for the new Series 800 Chronograph that Movado has -- www.series800.com -- and I really like it, but I don't know if it's worth $1400.

spend a little more and get a TAG or a little more than that and get a breitling.

My wife got me a Watchcraft and I really like it. The guy only makes 1,000 of each design and they're hand made (at least the bands are) and individually numbered.

I picked this up for $130 on eBay. Swiss Army stuff is usually pretty nice.
