Easy fold imo. Raise and RR, there's at least a 5 with a better kicker out there. CRing a raiser is very strong.
SB can have 54, 5T-5A = 6 that beat you depending on what he completes with (many people complete any 2 for whatever reason). You beat 52-53, 56-58 = 5.
54s is a hand UTG could have limped, too and I'd expect to see raises from any PP PF.
Any reads on the opponents as to how they like to play PPs PF and straight draws on the flop?

Normally I would say there's a good possbility of a high overpair...but no one raised pre. I think I lay this down.

Meh, I find the fold but don't think its that easy a fold! But I guess UTG+1 has an overpair a lot of the time, and sb likely has you beat.
