$5 flat fee for the initial load, $2 flat fee for reloads. It says $5 per $100 on the website, but I can confirm it is a $5 flat fee. Not only did a CSR tell me this, but my initial load just hit my ePass account last night and I only paid a $5 fee for a $200 load.

Does anyone have an ePassporte Business Account.

I'm under the impression that business accounts get better service... they emailed me back in < 3 hours when I sent them a business question.

Hi deposit to checking acc. took 6 days for ACH Transfer to my account in the BOA Hope this helps you.

I have received two warnings from Epass about my account being locked until my identity can be verified. I missed the first message which was sent on April 10. The second message was sent on the 16th and said the account would be locked in 5 business days. I faxed in the requested documentation on the same day, along with a request to increase my wd limits. I'm assuming others have been down this path.

I have 3 questions:
i) What are the chances that my account will actually get locked?
ii) If it does get locked how long will it stay locked?
iii) How long will it take them to process my limit increase?

They don't seem real great about responding to messages (lol). Additionally the phone center seems totally disconnected from account verification.

I've never had any issues with Epass, but I have a nontrivial amount of $ on there and the prospect of having my account locked is disconcerting, especially because they seem somewhat unresponsive.

Has anyone used the Virtual Visa to buy anything off amazon.com? If so how did it go? I read that the virtual visa didn't work at some e-stores but wasn't sure about amazon.

It looks like I'm going to have to use epassporte to move money around, partly because I don't really trust player transfers. Do I want to sign up for a personal or business account?

Not sure if I'm the exception or if others just haven't spoken about "good" experiences, but it only took 1.5 business days for the "new account" microdeposits to hit my bank account (small credit union). I literally signed up at 9PM on Tue night, and here it is 10AM on Thu morning and the deposits are viewable on-line.

Also, I know I can load at least $500 with only a $5 flat fee. So the $5 per $100 loaded doesn't appear to hold true either. It was my understanding that it would be $5 per $100 loaded for the first load, regardless if you used a CC or your bank account.

I can only hope the rest of my experience w/ epass goes this smooth.
