Well first identify them at your table. Once they get a pocket pair they will slowly defrost.

Water for 30 minutes, then olive oil and frying pan. Tasted great.

put frozen fish in bowl
place bowl under faucet run a small stream of cold water fish should be defrosted in 30-60 minutes this form of defrosting will work for most meats |
