Dave and Busters is excellent, but any pool hall will do. Girls love to play pool, but make sure that they serve booze. Mini golf is a bit of a cliche.
I've had a lot of success with hockey games. It's usually a new experience for a girl. The one with the bread and the ducks is cool!

Judge by the girl... if she is outgoing, go hiking or something. If she is uptight and such, go to an art gallery and dinner (make sure you research the art gallery so you know a few facts going in).
