I would generally raise with your hand pre-flop. As Buzz said I think the other ace is around the majority of time, this makes your hand on the flop pretty weak, though with the cheap price of the bet on the flop I would call I think. With Tho100920's overcall I think it's safe to say he has either the ace or something like KQT with the hearts. When you make the low draw on the turn I think I might also be tempted to call and repot if you make the low on the river in the hope of sandwiching some extra money in.
