Default K6s river problems

CO is 50/16/4.5 after 18 hands, hasn't shown a hand down yet. Hero is in BB with K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

i think all options are close and i'm really curious about what others have to say.

my guess it that c/f is slightly better than c/c or b/f, mainly because he should be checking behind a lot with both worse and better hands on this board.

I like b/f. Villian will call with all pp 88-QQ as well you may be able to get her to fold a better K or even an A if she put you on a flush draw. If she was a really poor player, she could have 9x that calls here without having made 2 pair.

edit: I will even say that some will call with 22,44-66

just because there are some worse hands that he'll call us with doesn't make us a favorite and doesn't make a bet necessarily correct. we are an underdog here, and while a bet might still be correct you really have to carefully weigh in all the factors, not just the worse hands that he'll call with.

also, he's never folding a better K or A here.

c/c

I don't think we are a favourite here. c/f may be even better but I think we see enough dumb stuff from this player type to pay off. also villain may check behind some better hands

If villian never folds an A or a better K then I agree betting the river is not an option.

And I need to remove 99 from my original reply.

yea i like c/c or c/f, i think b/f isnt getting enough value from hands to make it profitable to bet here since i dont think it gets paid off enough

Totally agree with you on this one even though I lean a bit more towards c/c because I think that you would of probably gotten raised on the turn if you were that behind. Go with the c/c line here
