I don't know how to change my oil on my car... it pisses me off everytime I pay $40 to get it done

$40? I pay between $15 and $20 depending on the coupon I have. You're way overpaying.

FWIW, I'm pretty handy around cars, but I don't think it's ever worth doing the oil change yourself. Oil + filters are probably around $10, plus you have to dispose of the oil. Most mechanics I know don't even bother changing their own oil.

I have never ironed anything either. But ironing is pretty useless - just throw it in the drier with a damp towel, and in 5 minutes the wrinkles are gone. I learned that in OOT.

i've tried this but i never know how much to dampen the towel. you just run it under the sink a bit?

i recently got some shirts that can't be put in the dryer, and got an ironing board and iron for christmas, so i'll have to experiment soon.
