Default NL 10 QJ top pair

I'm definitely a losing cash game player. I have a $500 or so profit in SnGs and jsut can not seem to translate that to cash. I can't minimise the bad luck or extract value from hands. Also I think tilt is a big problem in cash, I'll jsut rebuy and throw away another buy in, but after a tourny knock out ill probably not be bothered buying in again.

This is a typical problem for me in the next hand. I bet flop and turn and get flatcalled so A) i don't know where I'm at, then a river scare card hits and now I have no clue...

If Villain checked, take the free showdown.

If he bets, you've got a decision, but AK, AQ, and KQ seem like the bulk of his range to me, and I wouldn't call much of a bet at all. I mean, that river card basically just sucks, and you're primarily hoping he has a pocket underpair he just couldn't let go of.
