InstaDebit question for canadian players

Could not find this information elsewhere, so I thought I would ask.

If I withdraw $2000 from FTP to my InstaDebit account, will I be able to withdraw these funds back to my bank account in one lump sum, even though my weekly transaction limit is $500?

Basically, does their transaction limit count toward withdrawals?
