The residence time of the last turd in the whirlpool is longer than the flush time for your toilet. This happens because the outermost turds are moving at the lowest velocity, but also have the greatest distance to travel before being flushed away. Increase the volume of water during the flush, which will increase the flush time, and the last turd will happily go away.

People of vision are rarely if ever voted into office. What is needed, obviously, is a coup d’état, preferably bloodless to help maintain loyalty but by any means necessary if that is the only recourse. Ray Zee is a good poster and wise old man but he is best at overseeing his garden, shoveling snow from his walkway, making a yearly foray into San Francisco to play poker and hobnob with the younger set, and cutting wood for his fireplace; not as a leader or officer of a large going forum concern. He is out except as an enforcer and supplier of specialty weapons in any planned overthrow of the pedestrian folks that run this forum in such a slipshod manner. Andy Fox would be a better president than Ray Zee for reasons that I will leave for the reader to figure out.

El Diablo would be a good choice also but his ambitions would cloud his judgment as is usual with younger folks so Andy Fox again would be a better choice. Also, El Diablo already has too much on his plate and would end up giving this place short shift, by necessity not by planning, but there it is anyway. Obvioulsy, I would be a great President and an even better Emperor.
