My apologies, I should have been more specific. Ordering an item from the Iron Man Store itself will not affect your MGR as purchases from the regular Full Tilt Store do.

However, any bonus amount you earn is deducted from your MGR, be it the 100% initial deposit bonus, any reload bonus, or a bonus amount from the Iron Man Store.

Web- and email-based special bonuses that require you to opt in via the My Promotions page do not count against your MGR.

Clear as mud? My apologies for the additional obfuscation.

Sean

[edited to remove "Special Email Bonuses" as they do NOT count against your MGR]

Does that count the PPA bonus as one of the ones that doesn't hit MGR?

yes, thank you for clarification. I guess the answer to my question is that I should sign up for the medals as opposed to not being involved at all?? Since there's no MGR downside unless I buy FTP points?? Thanks.

If you buy a bonus it will be deducted from your MGR..BUT you are still in a much better position then opting out and taking nothing...Taking nothing is silly..

I've been taking the extra medals instead of the freerolls, and exchanging the medals for tournament tokens. This is obviously more convenient, as I get to choose which tournaments I want to play & when, and (as I understand it, anyway) it doesn't affect my MGR at all. Unless there's an overlay in the tourney I play in.

I won the Gold Freeroll. First paid $3600. The Iron freeroll was something like $5600, so it looks like they changed the payouts.

IIRC, making it just ITM for Gold is like $80.

This month I'm silver though =(.
