I found the swings to be bigger at 200NL. Most of the regs at 400NL are nits (17/13). The regs at 200NL all have small [censored] syndrome and waive their e-penis by 3 betting and 4 betting light. With good table selection, the variance is smaller at 200NL.

here's the thing about 1/2 vs. 2/4: 2/4 is WAYYYY harder. they are seriously a hell of a lot different. almost every 1/2 table has a couple of weak spots. this is hardly the case for 2/4. besides, the 2/4 tags/regs are generally much better. if you're looking to make the move, expect to lose around half your win rate. with that said, if you're like me, playing 2/4 will increase your ptbb at 1/2.
