I got my money. They sent me an email saying if they had a transaction method on file I didn't need to do anything. That wasn't quite true. I had done several Neteller transactions with them but they didn't automatically send my money.

After the one week promise date I just emailed them my login name, poker name, and Neteller account number and told them to transfer to neteller. I had the money one day after that. You may want to send them your information to be sure.

Not only did I get about $40 more than I had in there, but they also gave me the entire $600 sign up bonus. I had just signed up and had cleared enough points to earn about $150 of the $600 bonus.

Just to update... I finally got my $$$ yesterday. It took a couple emails and a phonecall to get them to send to my Neteller account, but at least I got it.
