How does one initiate an e-check cashout? Do I need to email support?

If you don't see the option on cashout, you may have to do an e-check Deposit to set it up first. That establishes the link with your bank account.

Last month I did a small echeck deposit and it went through no problem.

One annoying thing was I could not cash out until the check cleared (standard) but it took like 10 days for the check to "clear" on their system. This despite the fact the money left my bank account 2 days after the deposit. I have no idea why it took them an additional 8 days to consider the check "cleared"

As far as the cashout goes (after the check cleared of course) it also was processed quickly and the money was in my account 4-5 days after I cashed out.

Interestingly enough, the amount that hit my account was exactly $1.50 greater than my cashout amount (I was overpaid $1.50). I even contacted Stars about this and they said the amount on their system was correct, so neither of us really knew where the extra 1.50 came from.
