I'm split between a call and a fold here. If CO just called it's an easy peezy raise, but given how CO is playing this I wouldn't put his range past 2-pair or a straight. He may have AQ here and is pulling the same line as you with the flop peel. What sucks is if the BB has something like KQ or AJ and you get caught in the middle of a 3-bet after you call. On this board after thinking about the hand I'm going to say fold, but the decision is close. If I do call here I call the river for the most part. I never 3-bet in this spot, and it seems silly to me to do that.
