i think the flop is okay assuming it's a rainbow. don't make a habit of it, but once in a while is fine.

IMO the river is an easy bet/fold. too many hands you beat will check behind out of fear of the board. you've shown alot of strength and you aren't getting raised by less than a FH(i doubt a 7 will even raise here).
