What would you guys have done?

Uh, why is your hand XX? You have AQ? Fold the flop obviously. Trivial fold.

I mean, you included the results (or at least that you won) - your only reasonable hand here is AsQ/Jx.
As for extraction, wtf are you talking about? You are on a draw and yeah your multiway equity is fine but HU your equity isn't that hot and you certainly aren't in "extracting" mode on the flop. You hit your gin card on the turn, and villain has less than 1psb left. I don't think villain is any more likely to call the turn than the river here, and this kinda looks like one of the few places i'd "slowplay" my hand, especially IP, to see if we can induce a bluff out of UTG or a spite call. It's pretty unproductive to both ask us what you should do and ask us what hand you have. Obviously we can't give advice as to what you should do unless we know your hand. Whatever but I'm sure you played it terribly and I'm also pretty sure you had the As....so AA with As.....AQ with A of spades....reallly reeeally terribly played AK with A of spades......whatever. This post is incredibly unproductive. All I can tell you is you played it poorly and I don't know what you should have done because I don't know your cards.
