Re: 80NL Live AQ makes TPTK hand
I don't think I'd fold TPTK for 40bbs basically ever

Re: 80NL Live AQ makes TPTK hand
Okay - do you call or push? Do you think there's *any* fold equity here? I'm pot committed on the flop if I call, so it's really push or fold, calling is out of the question IMO.

Re: 80NL Live AQ makes TPTK hand
I don't know if making it $12 preflop is enough in this game, but if its standard then thats fine. I probably call flop and shove the turn to give him a hance to fire another barrel if he has air, I doubt you have any FE against anything that isn't air on the flop, but if he is bluffing give him one more chance to continue.

Re: 80NL Live AQ makes TPTK hand
Thanks for the comments.
I shoved of course. Villain has J9o for a flopped straight. Puke. AB P.s.: Raise was based on 3xBB + 1BB for limper, which is stronger than nearly all other players in these live NL games in Los Angeles. |
