Default beat.

so im playing in a big tourny in my local club tonight, and as a wsop final special deal thing, they are putting on a free buffet.

it is served during the first break, and after waiting in line for 20 mins i am confronted by: a trough of greesey chips ('fries' for you americans) with so much salt they they were basically ineddible (and no serving utensil so we had to use our hands, like animals); a 'salad' consisting of peas, carrots and some kind of bean smothered in salad cream; various meat products that i was just unable to consume; and to wash it all down, a nice bottle of warmed 'citrus twist' beer.

3 hours later i go out on the bubble with AQs vs A6o (yawn, standard), and i didnt even get a complmetary mug, cap, or card protector. just a stomach ache and a feeling of regret.

lol donkaments.

Depends how many immigrants live near you. England is awesome, but it's been getting over run for 50 years.

A free buffet and you're whining about the quality of food? Beat. Throw a few pounds down for a cold pint or something.

But speaking of London, I sure could go for some fish and chips right about now...plenty of lemon juice and vinegar....mmm.....

yeah... atlanta, georgia blows this time of year. Which is part of why I'm hoping to move to Oxford next spring... all things going well. I've got all the passport hassle figured out, just need to raise the money to pay for the bloody move
