I played a few thousand hands of 3/6 and 5/10 limit shorthanded a couple of months ago. Some decent games, site okay and support seemed good, but:

Have to request hand histories
Histories not pokertracker compatible
They put the rake up recently, not sure of the figures as I was leaving anyway but sure seemed hard to justify.

Better games with better rakebake are available at pokerroom and prima imo. Not to mention wsex.

A guy on another forum is claiming they are stiffing him out of $100,000. The mods over there are working on it.

From the other forum:
(I will post link if 2+2 gives the ok)

Noble poker is running a Fort Knox jackpot promotion. A few weeks ago, I decided to play since I know I have won sit n' gos before, and I have poker skills. I was fortunate enough to come out on top of 6 straight games. It took me the span of 3 weeks, but I won all 6. I was so excited, and couldn't believe I won. After the 6th game, I sent all the required information to them and was in anticipation
of getting paid. They sent me a ridiculous email back saying that I was in collusion and also accused me of softplay. I earned every win in those sit n' go's and to be accused of something I didn't do is ridiculous. It seems like a cop-out by Noble to use this as an excuse not to pay. I won all 6 games fair and square, and have been getting the run around for 8 days now. I keep calling, and they keep saying to check back in 24-48 hrs. What can I do? I don't know how many people have won this jackpot before me, but I wonder if they were paid. I also had to post up $57 for each tournament and all my account money plus winnings have been frozen in my account for no reason. I'm fed up with calling them, and I need the expertise of ***** mods to help me recover my winnings.
Hope someone gets back to me on this.
Thanking you
Yours truly

Just cleared the intitial bonus at 1/2 NL and the games are very fishy... if you are willing to accept some variance (good variance though ) then I would hit it up...

Do they charge rake at Noble Poker?

I only like to play at sites that don't charge rake.

I have never run worse at a site, probably just coincidence but rakeback coupled with bonus is pretty nice.

Just started at Titan (a skin) and (so far) not bad. Saftware takes a little getting used to, but so does anything that is different than usual.

JC - He's posted that on several forums.

Which mods are working on it?

The site he is referring to is therx.com. They have some great mods who help out players against bad sportsbooks that try and stiff customers. This is a little out of the territory but they apparently are helping him get through to the right people. No word yet on any resolution, but it doesn't look too good as of yet.
