Default strong turn draw

not much history with villain...just one hand with him, dunno if it helps.
I raise to 4$ with KQ he coldcalls. flop is like K97 with possible flushdraw. I bet out 7 in 9$pot. he makes it 20, I make 58 or sth he folds.
I guess hes TAG, but not sure.

At first, my flop call is very debatable I guess?

But given I play the flop like that, whats my turn play?

A shove here is fine.
Because the Ad is on the board he's less likely to be on a flush draw. I'm not worried about a FH.
So we probably have at least 16 outs and some FE since villain could very well be bluffing here.
I didn't run the numbers but a gross estimate makes me think a shove is eV+.

I shove here. I'd have probably checked flop, I think his line would stay the same, but our c/r on turn would look scarier increasing FE.

No idea why you would want to shove here. Call. Flop fold would be reasonable with the paired board.

I don't mind folding flop if we didn't lead, but otherwise is weak imo. Shove cuz I think he's bluffing here enough times, and may even fold a A10, AJ, possibly AQ but unlikely.

I'm not a fan of c/c a draw twice but this is a good spot to do so. If it was 2/4 or higher I woulda prefer a shove.
