At the Alamo Dome in 2004 there were 3 game bundles for both final 4 games and the championship available for $200 cash.

I went to the regional in San Antonio in '03. We ordered our tickets in Oct or Nov. We were just going to watch some ball, didn't care who was playing. I think we ordered from the arena but don't really remember. I knew we wouldn't have excellent seats because most of them go to the schools but geez, end line seats about 25/40 rows up, right behind the backboard. I was pissed. We did move around in empty seats along the side but it was a pain in the ass. If you order early, make sure you get the best seats available. (Other than that San Antonio was awesome. The tourney and the city.)
